Terms and Conditions

Welcome to AZ Serviced Apartments, Ohinoyi Road, Ungwan Rimi GRA, Kaduna. By making a reservation or staying with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Check-in and Check-out

* Check-in time: 2:00 PM
* Check-out time: 12:00 Noon
* Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

2. Booking and Payment

* Full payment or the required deposit must be made before check-in unless otherwise agreed.
* Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received.
* Rates are quoted per night and are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Visitors

* Visitors are always welcome.
* All visitors must be registered at reception.

6. Housekeeping

* Daily housekeeping is provided.
* Guests should keep the apartment in a clean and orderly condition.
* Damage caused by negligence may result in additional cleaning charges.

7. Smoking Policy

* Smoking is prohibited inside all rooms and indoor common areas.
* Designated smoking areas are available.
* A cleaning fee may be charged for smoking inside the apartment.

8. Noise and Conduct

* Guests must respect other occupants.
* Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
* Excessive noise, parties, or disorderly conduct are not permitted.

9. Damage and Loss

* Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment, furniture, appliances, or fixtures.
* The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.

10. Security

* Keep doors and windows locked when leaving the apartment.
* Management is not responsible for loss of money, jewellery, or personal belongings left unattended.
* Guests should use the available safe storage if provided.

11. Electricity and Utilities

* Continuous electricity is provided through public supply and backup power.
* Guests are encouraged to conserve electricity and water.

12. Kitchen Facilities

* Kitchen equipment should be used responsibly.
* Guests must clean kitchen utensils after use.
* Any damaged or missing kitchen items will be charged accordingly.

13. Pets

* Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval has been obtained from management.

14. Illegal Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

* Drug use or possession.
* Criminal or fraudulent activities.
* Possession of illegal weapons.
* Any activity that disturbs other guests or violates Nigerian law.

Management reserves the right to terminate a guest's stay immediately without refund if these rules are violated.

15. Cancellation Policy

* Cancellation more than 72 hours before arrival: Full refund (less any applicable bank charges).
* Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival: One night's charge may apply.
* No-shows are charged the full first night's accommodation.
16. Extensions

* Requests to extend a stay are subject to room availability and payment of additional charges before the current booking expires.

17. Liability

* Guests use the apartment and facilities at their own risk.
* AZ Serviced Apartments shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property except where required by law.

18. Right to Refuse Service

Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or remove any guest whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, illegal, or poses a risk to other guests, staff, or the property.

19. Force Majeure

AZ Serviced Apartments shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, power grid failures, civil unrest, or other unforeseen events.

20. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
