Serviced Apartment Booking Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made through Quicquid360 Smart Manager, a property management platform operated by Quicquid Tech Estate Management & Construction Ltd. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Booking Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and a booking confirmation has been issued by Quicquid360 Smart Manager.

2. Payment Policy
- Full payment is required before check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦).
- Payments must be made through approved payment channels.

3. Security Deposit
- A refundable caution/security deposit may be required before check-in.
- The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after check-out, subject to inspection of the apartment.
- Any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or policy violations will be deducted from the deposit.

4. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM
- Check-out: By 12:00 PM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

5. Guest Identification
Every guest must present a valid government-issued identification before check-in. Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation where identification cannot be verified.

6. Occupancy
Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the apartment. Additional occupants require prior approval and may incur extra charges.

7. Visitors
Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from management. Overnight visitors are not permitted unless officially registered.

8. House Rules
Guests agree to:
- Keep the apartment clean and in good condition.
- Respect neighbours and maintain quiet hours.
- Refrain from smoking inside the apartment unless specifically permitted.
- Avoid parties, loud music, or any activity that disturbs other occupants.
- Not engage in illegal or immoral activities on the premises.

9. Damage to Property
Guests are fully responsible for any damage, loss, or destruction of property caused during their stay and shall bear the cost of repair or replacement.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made within the approved cancellation period may qualify for a full or partial refund.
- No refund will be issued for no-shows or after check-in unless approved by management.
- Refund processing may take up to 7 business days.

11. Utilities & Internet
Electricity, water, and Wi-Fi are provided where available. Quicquid360 Smart Manager is not liable for interruptions caused by utility providers or circumstances beyond our control.

12. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. Quicquid Tech Estate Management & Construction Ltd. shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

13. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal activities.
- Possession or use of prohibited substances.
- Commercial filming without permission.
- Subletting or transferring the booking to another person.
- Tampering with security systems or apartment facilities.

14. Right to Refuse Service
Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a booking without refund where a guest violates these Terms & Conditions or behaves in a manner that threatens the safety, comfort, or property of others.

15. Force Majeure
Quicquid360 Smart Manager shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, security emergencies, utility failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

17. Acceptance
By making a reservation, completing payment, or checking into any property managed through Quicquid360 Smart Manager, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
